White House Senior Policy Adviser Stephen Miller appeared on four of the five Sunday shows today and on each pledged that the White House would continue to fight for President Donald Trump's travel ban.

"They also include.the possibility of new executive actions created to prevent terrorist infiltration of our country", Miller said.

Options for the administration include formulating a new executive action, appealing the 9th Circuit panel's decision to the full appeals court and appealing the emergency stay to the U.S. Supreme Court, Miller said.

When asked on NBC's "Meet The Press", Miller said that was a question that should be asked directly to the president or Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.

"The president's powers here are beyond question", he told Fox News' Chris Wallace. "It will put Americans at greater risk traveling overseas", said Democratic Senator Ben Cardin. "The bottom line is the president's powers, in this area, represent the apex of executive authority", he said in a separate appearance on ABC's "This Week." The White House needs to quickly correct the record on this, given not unreasonable fears of indifference for the norms.

"Miller is coming dangerously close to reviving a discredited and risky theory that each branch of government, including the president, has independent authority to decide what the law and Constitution mean", Ohlin said in an interview on Sunday.

Of course Trump will never do that because he has no evidence outside of the run-of-the-mill data showing that many people are registered to vote in dual states. It also suspended for 120 days the USA refugee program to give the administration time to develop "extreme vetting" procedures. "If this is an issue that interests you, we can talk about it more in the future", he told Stephanopoulos. "We don't have judicial supremacy in this country", he said.

And the majority of respondents to the CNN poll said Trump's executive order is indeed a ban on Muslims. Fifty-five percent of those polled believe that the executive order is an attempt at a Muslim ban.

Miller said the administration is evaluating all of its options in the wake of the adverse decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Vice President Mike Pence told CBS News last month that Flynn didn't speak with Russian Federation about sanctions, leaving open to question whether Flynn kept the contents of his conversation from the vice president.

Miller made it clear that Trump administration immigration policy will not just prioritize felonies but also misdemeanors in deportations.

The Fox News host contended that the court's statement proved Miller was "flat wrong" in his assessment that the court had no role in national security.

Trump's order barred indefinitely travelers from Syria and for at least 90 days from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

Hezbollah, a political faction with a powerful armed wing that is supported by Iran, has been a key ally, along with Russian Federation, of Syrian President Bashar Assad in his nearly six-year fight against anti-government opposition rebels.
