Floyd Mayweather says he's coming out of retirement to fight Conor McGregor

After months of will they/won't they engage in a super fight, Mayweather has finally put his hat in the ring.

A huge boxing superfight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor is sure to make a lot of dollars if not much sense.

Mayweather and McGregor must convince the UFC to sign off on the fight, but the boxer is targeting a June bout. I didn't complain. If you want to fight, let's make the fight happen. "I don't want the UFC to look bad". "You're blowing smoke ... if you want the fight, sign the paperwork". Seemingly having had enough of McGregor's boasting, Mayweather wanted to make sure it was known that he is the more accomplished fighter.

"I said, 'Hold on, this is the same thing I tried to do years ago and you're going gung-ho about it with him and but you never let me'". We're not here to cry about money. Now I'm the A side, come kick my a** and you become the A side.

"I'm exhausted of all this crying about money and blowing smoke up everybody's a**".

If Mayweather had officially ended his retirement to fight a reigning welterweight champion, fans would nearly certainly be a whole lot more excited than they will be at the news regarding this, the latest instalment in the Floyd-McGregor saga.

McGregor and Mayweather are both known for their verbal jousts with opponents and the two together has already been pure entertainment.

Will Deutsche Bank AG (USA) (NYSE:DB)'s Plans To Restructure Yield Results?
As part of it, the company indicated its intention to raise capital of Euros 8 billion hoping to bring back investors' confidence. One of the main reasons why Deutsche planned to overhaul its structure is the net loss of €1.4 billion over the past year.

Whether the fight ever comes to fruition remains to be seen, but we are ready for less talking and more action.

Mayweather said in his statement that he doesn't want his name used only as leverage by McGregor to negotiate a richer contract extension, saying he decided after hearing McGregor call him out that, "OK, I'm going to pull his card". He don't really want to fight.

In January, Scott Rafferty of Rolling Stone noted McGregor expressed confidence about hammering out a deal for the cross-sport clash. In other words, Mayweather wouldn't have a mismatch on his hands like he will if he fights McGregor.

They actually know how to fight. My number is a guaranteed $100 million.

That's true, of course, just as Mayweather, who has been retired since defeating Andre Berto on September 12, 2015, is using McGregor's name for leverage.

Mayweather claims he didn't even know who McGregor was when the Irishman first called him out past year.
