Lorde continued her comeback in style as she performed Green Light and Liability on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

Lorde graced the Saturday Night Live stage this past weekend.

The "Team" hitmaker was introduced by Scarlett Johansson who marked her first time as a host.

Lorde's first performance of her heartbreak-inspired single "Green Light" was full of intensity as she let loose and danced her heart out.

High winds take down trees, power lines
Consumers Energy reports that the "vast majority" of customers without power should have service restored by midnight Saturday. Wednesday evening, reeked havoc in the region, toppling trees and downing some 3,000 power lines, DTE said in a news release.

"Melodrama" is set for release on June 16th 2017 through Republic Records.

Lorde also made a cameo in the skit "A Sketch For Women", which was led by SNL castmembers Beck Bennett and Kyle Mooney.

Lorde spent nearly every day over the past 18 months working on the new song as well as the upcoming album with co-writer and producer, American singer songwriter and frontman for Bleachers Jack Antonoff.
