A strong magnitude 5.7 natural disaster has left at least two people dead and about 370 injured in a remote area near Iran's North Khorasan province.

Earlier in April. 5, an natural disaster measuring 6 on the Richter scale shook Iran's Mashhad city and its districts in Khorasan Razavi province, leaving two people dead.

The quake struck late on Saturday, in North Khorasan Province's capital Bojnourd at a depth of eleven kilometers.

The natural disaster led to a power outage, but there have been no reports on casualties yet.

The natural disaster hit 3 cities and 97 villages of the province at 22:31 local time.
