LeBron James Will Not Waive His No-Trade Clause

Irving may not be a super star of the highest order, but he's an All-Star and a champion. No one knows that better than James, who chose to return to Cleveland in 2014 after he was excoriated by Cavs owner Dan Gilbert and thousands of fans for "The Decision" in 2010. The reason he wants out of Cleveland is because he's done playing in LeBron's shadow.

Who knows if Irving's preferences will actually influence the Cavs' negotiations, or if the Spurs have the assets to bag Uncle Drew in a swap (they would probably need a third team).

NY is one of Irving's reported preferred destinations - not that the Cavs have to honor his wishes - but it could give the Knicks the return a reason needed to deal Carmelo Anthony to Cleveland. "He was the first person I called and we've had a great dialogue over the last few years so it's been great". They are shooting for the mother lode. Is this good news for ISIS? When considering how much they could demand from the Denver Nuggets in potential trade talks, the Cavs may easily ask for too much.

Miami could save Cleveland money by offering Dragic, Wayne Ellington, and Justise Winslow for [Iman] Shumpert and Irving, but Cleveland would likely turn up its nose unless the market proves cool.
The Cavs would return to National Basketball Association irrelevance, a position they've endured for the past two decades whenever James hasn't graced the roster. They would surely fight to keep one, and might even make doing so a deal-breaker.

Poland: Independence of the Judiciary
After more than 16 hours of debate, 55 senators voted in favour of the bill to 23 against and two abstentions, reports Efe news. That would involve all European Union member states unanimously agreeing to warn the Polish government about its conduct.

Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers wants to be the main man.

There also have been plenty of rumors involving Phoenix and Eric Bledsoe. "He wants to go play in a situation where he can be a more focal point and no longer wants to play alongside LeBron James", he allegedly said, according to ESPN. Frye expires after the season, but Shumpert and Smith are under guaranteed contract until 2019.

James is frustrated with the developments concerning Irving, ESPN reported.

However, that deal may still provide the most immediate help to the Cavaliers. According to Chris Haynes of ESPN.com, James, 32, can be a free agent next summer if he declines his $35.6 million player option for 2018-19.
