Dolphins coach Adam Gase said Jay Cutler will make his debut Thursday night against the Ravens. Cutler was already scheduled to begin calling games for Fox Sports during the preseason, including the Bears game against the Titans in Nashville on August 27th and the team's season opener September 10th against the Falcons.

It is likely that Cutler will see limited action, as Miami needs to be careful with the quarterback.

"Right now, everything looks like Jay is going to go", Gase said on Tuesday, two days ahead of the Dolphins' preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens. Gase did not specify how long Cutler will play, but it probably won't be much. "It's more mental. Just kind of that feel of when to turn the ball loose and getting used to the receivers and the D-line rushing".

Drake required assistance off the practice field Monday after taking the brunt of a helmet-to-helmet hit, James Walker of ESPN.com reports. "They get [in the backfield] quick".

Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott Suspended 6 Games For Domestic Violence Allegations
Elliott will be appealing the suspension and will have the full support of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones throughout the process. Sure, there is the Big Ben suspension from years ago, but there were numerous incidents in that case.

The Dolphins signed Cutler last week after Ryan Tannehill went down with a knee injury.

Cutler now has four Dolphins practices under his belt.

Rookie receiver Malcolm Lewis, who suffered a concussion during Miami's Hard Rock Stadium scrimmage on August 5, has also participated in two straight practices.
