This Banana Bars are one of my favorite desserts, actually I did not know this until last week when I tried them for the first time but they are sooo good that without lots of testing they won a spot on my top 10

Beign in my top 10 means that the recipe is 1 versatilee, 2 EASY, yes in capitals because it is extremely easy, 3 quick, and this is actually the most important thing to me because I get bored easily and really hate the fact that washing dishes take a big chunk of my day. Oh, my God, this is so delicious, I can not believe you actually made it!

As you see I have a bunch of requirements, well this baby here meets every little point that I have and looking flawless while doing it, I tell you my friends this cake is a keeper

In order to cook

Banana Bars
For 8 Banana Bars

1 1/4 Cup of flour
1 1/4 Cdta of baking powders
2 Pureed Bananas
1/4 Cup of Oil
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Egg (although best with egg you can also remove it)
1/4 Cup of water

Vanilla Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour a square mold
In a bowl mix the banana, oil, sugar, egg and water, mix well until no lumps remain.
Add the flour and baking powder and continue mixing until all is incorporated and the mixture is shiny. Pour the mixture into the mold and bring to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
Remove from the oven and let it cool
Decorate with frosting, cut into squares and serve
