Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to visit North Korea

South Korean President Moon Jae-in yesterday dismissed claims that United States troops stationed in the nation would have to leave if a peace treaty was signed with North Korea.

When the comments sparked controversy, President Moon stepped in to say, "U.S. troops stationed in South Korea are an issue regarding the alliance between South Korea and the United States". "We believe that Mr. Trump can take them back on the day of the US-North Korea summit or he can send an envoy to take them back to the US before the summit".

The U.S. -North Korea summit is expected to be held in the next three to four weeks, Trump said last week.

Moon's comments came after a presidential adviser publicly suggested the presence of USA troops would be called into question if a peace treaty were to be agreed with Pyongyang.

Initially, North Korea had made a US withdrawal a necessary requirement before it would agree to give up its nuclear weapons.

A State Department official could not confirm the reports, but added: "We are working to see USA citizens who are detained in North Korea come home as soon as possible".

It's not clear where Trump stands on peace talks with North Korea, or even on his relationship with Rodman. "We need cooperation from our member countries in the Asia-Pacific, European and North Atlantic regions".

Under Armour Over Expectations, Shares Gain
Price target estimates can be calculated using different methods, and they may vary depending on the individual analyst. Finally, Deutsche Bank raised Under Armour from a "sell" rating to a "hold" rating in a research note on Monday.

Rodman has been attempting to end hostilities between the two countries since he first visited North Korea in 2013, when he visited with a Vice correspondent to host basketball exhibitions. The U.S. continues to demand the complete, verifiable, and irreversible denuclearization of North Korea.

Trump has proposed holding the summit at the truce village in the Demilitarized Zone separating the two Koreas, adding that two or three locations were under consideration.

The venue makes the most sense logistically for Kim, the source said, because media facilities and equipment are already in place, which could allow the summit to take place "in late May". Choi told the Agence-France Presse (AFP) that a contact within North Korea told him that the prisoners "are staying in a hotel on the outskirts of Pyongyang".

"I think that his impression about Donald Trump and the American people, I think he's had a change of heart".

That request came after the conservative Chosun Ilbo daily claimed the aircraft deployment could be meant to heap pressure on Pyongyang ahead of a planned summit between Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump.

Trump is set to meet with Kim at some point in the near future to discuss North Korea's nuclear programme, though a location and date have not yet been announced. It's the main thing.
